Job Title: Content Creator & Livestream Host (In-Person | Full-Scope Role)

We are a Singaporean Hair Care Brand. As we continue expanding in both retail and e-commerce, we are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Content Creator & Livestream Host to lead our content direction and digital presence across multiple platforms.

Role Overview

This is an in-person role based at our headquarters at Oxley Bizhub. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can independently plan, strategize, create, and deliver full-scope digital content. The ideal candidate is confident in front of the camera and experienced in creating engaging video content that drives audience interaction and product sales through livestreaming.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches
• Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, Lemon8)
• Ensure content adheres to brand tone and visual identity while staying relevant to platform trends
• Utilize tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro for professional content execution

Livestream Hosting

• Host and manage regular livestreams across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other marketplace platforms
• Present products in an engaging and persuasive manner to drive real-time customer conversions
• Interact with viewers during livestreams, manage live Q&A, and promote special offers and bundles
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and promotional alignment

Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze content and livestream performance using in-platform analytics
• Provide recommendations and adjust strategies based on key performance metrics
• Continuously monitor content trends and adapt tactics to maintain strong visibility and engagement

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-scope content creation (from planning to execution)
• Strong on-camera communication skills and confidence in hosting live sessions
• Background in sales, marketing, or livestreaming is a strong advantage
• Proficient in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and online marketplace content trends
• Creative, resourceful, self-motivated, and results-driven
