As a Content Video Creator at 5 Miles Lab, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of multiple, large-scale projects regionally. You will work with project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing engaging videos that resonate with our target audience. This role will also involve strategizing content to enhance brand visibility and reporting on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Develop creative concepts and scripts for short videos that align with our brand voice and objectives.
• Shoot high-quality video content, ensuring it meets the platform's standards and trends.
• Edit videos using software tools to create engaging, professional-looking content.

Strategizing:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to define content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
• Stay updated on trends, challenges, and alterations in algorithms to optimize content effectiveness.

Reporting:

• Track and analyze video performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and overall performance of content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video creation and editing, particularly for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and its trends, features, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a marketing or branding role.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
