Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a content creator who can ideate, write, shoot, produce, and edit short-form content including video for digital. The role covers both paid and organic ad growth. You are energetic, can respond with pace and agility while creating content that cuts through, and you are an innovator – you don’t always believe in doing what everyone else is doing. You are content obsessed, curious, willing to absorb and learn as much as possible. Sound like you, then here are more specifics:
Concept, write, and create scroll-stopping content for Meta, TikTok and IG — both ads and organic.
Film and edit content that reflects strong storytelling, sharp hooks, and brand tone.
Execute, produce, and project manage video content from start to finish — from idea, video editing to published post.
Collaborate with the Dog Service team, allied health/service delivery teams, clients, and ambassadors to develop a calendar and ensure people understand their role in execution of your work.
Overall, a high degree of planning and organisation skills that lead to making people feel calm, and confident to get the best performance possible.
Adept at measuring impact and using measurement to provide advice and changes to content and campaign approaches. Work with the performance data to evolve and improve your content — you want to know what’s working and why. Aligning creative with what’s working in paid and organic.
Stay on top of trends, test new content formats, and experiment boldly. You recognise the need to be regularly innovating.
Ideal but not essential – experience with AI content writing inc. prompt writing, good understanding of the different AI models.
Skills and Experiences:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
4 years plus experience in a similar position.
Proven track record of writing and producing engaging content.
Data savvy with experience of applying data learnings to optimise and elevate a campaign.
Experience with a broad mix of content formats – print, web, socials, newsletter etc
Ability to adapt creative ideas and tone to fit within establish
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Fabulous interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong working relationships in your team as well as with a diverse range of colleagues across a business.
