1. Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals across Ireland – especially university students and aspiring content creators – to join the HiiIRELAND Creator Community.

As a contributor, you will capture and share short daily videos, reels, and stories highlighting life in Ireland. Your content can cover street visits, public conversations, events, cultural happenings, lifestyle vlogs, or interesting local news.

This is a freelance/volunteer opportunity, with potential revenue sharing once the page earnings grow. If you enjoy storytelling, street vlogging, or simply being creative with your phone camera, this is the perfect platform to showcase your talent.

2. Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality (HD) video clips of events, public interactions, and street life.
• Create and edit reels/stories using tools such as CapCut or other editing apps.
• Upload daily or regular content directly to the HiiIRELAND page.
• Ensure all content is respectful, engaging, and free of violence or offensive material.
• Collaborate with other creators in the team to maintain consistent content flow.

3. Requirements

• iPhone or good-quality smartphone with HD video capability.
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps).
• Creativity and ability to engage with people on the street (for vlogs/interviews).
• Reliable and self-motivated – able to post consistently.
• University students or aspiring content creators preferred.

(Optional but beneficial: own street mic for public conversations – we will provide a branded mic sponge with HiiIRELAND logo.)

4. What We Offer

• Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital media content creation.

• Revenue-sharing model: earn 5% of monthly page income (up to 50% distributed among all contributors).

Ireland-wide – flexible, remote field-based.
