We are hiring a content manager.

Hungry. Hasn't blown up yet. Skip the degree.

You will help us build the biggest voice for clinic owners. Working directly with our founder Rick Lau across his personal brand and the businesses he owns.

We want someone obsessed with content marketing and social media. Not someone with a marketing degree and 5 years at a traditional agency.

CallHero is the only AI phone system built for clinics. We help thousands of physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, and medical clinic owners answer more calls, book more new patients, and grow with less work.

Clinic Accelerator is the coaching company that helps clinic owners start, scale, and sell their practices. From opening a first clinic. To scaling multiple locations. To selling for maximum value. We serve over 1,000 clinic owners and have helped sell more than 170 clinics totaling $150M+ in exits.

Rick Lau is the founder of both companies and works directly with the Content Manager every day. He scaled 127 clinics with 1,400 staff before exiting. Trained over 1,500 front desk teams. Lectures at the Schulich School of Business. He's running marketing himself for the next 12 months. The Content Manager is his right hand.

Last month: 800,000 impressions across our social media channels.
Goal: 10 million a month.

You will help build the voice clinic owners trust most when they want to start, scale, or sell their practice.

>>> THE ROLE

Grow Followers

  • Build a daily content cadence across IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Research hooks and write captions that get followed, saved, and shared
  • Edit Reels and Shorts that compound our audience week over week
  • Post natively across all channels (you post, Our team is the talent)

Drive Impressions

  • Hit our growth target: 800,000 → 10 million impressions per month
  • Own the content calendar and posting cadence across every platform
  • Repurpose every podcast episode into short-form clips and carousels
  • Run weekly analytics. Double down on what wins.

Convert to Qualified Sales Pipeline

  • Drive demo bookings for CallHero and Clinic Accelerator
  • Build CTAs into every content piece that route to landing pages
  • Capture Rick's frameworks and turn them into lead-generating assets

  • Creative and strong with copywriting
  • Fluent with the latest AI tools
  • You scroll IG and TikTok like it's your job
  • Young. Coachable. Hungry.

You don't need a marketing degree. You don't need 5 years of agency experience. You need taste, hunger, and the willingness to be coached daily.

2. Headline Hook The first line that stops the scroll. One sentence. Bold pattern interrupt. Treat it like the hook IS the post — because in feed, it is.

3. Caption Match Rick's voice. Include a CTA at the end. Write it the way it would actually post .

4. Why It Works Two sentences. What makes this post stop the scroll? What makes a clinic owner save it, share it, or DM Rick after reading it?

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
