Content Marketing Executive

The Company operates a central support office to support its practices in Clontarf, Dublin 3 and is seeking to recruit a Content Marketing Executive. This role may suit a marketing graduate or a related discipline with 1-3 years of experience. The Company is currently in a high growth stage and has annualised revenues of over €40m, won Employer of the Year at the 2023 Dentistry Awards and was recently been accredited as 'A Great Place to Work'. The successful candidate will need to be productive, proactive and have excellent attention to detail. Salary is depending on experience.

Content Creation:

• Manage and develop a blogging strategy for our website
• Create informative and educational content for internal and external collateral, e.g., leaflets, email comms, website editorial
• Generate visual content for the website, digital signage systems and social media use
• Assist with the production of photography and video content
• Oversee and executes email marketing strategies for the Company

Social Media Management:

• Oversee all company social media accounts
• Develop engaging, creative, and educational content for regularly scheduled posts, from capturing imagery to designing graphics, with a particular focus on video for reels and stories
• Regular monitoring of competitor social media sites and creating an analysis report
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
• Manage, analyse and report social media adverts

Website/Digital Management:

• Coordinate website updates along with ensuring all content is accurate and up to date
• Liaising with the Company’s external digital marketing agency on various day-to-day items and larger company-wide marketing campaigns
• Manage and monitor website & Google MyBusiness queries
• Measurement and evaluation of online presence and create relevant monthly reports

Essential:

• A third level qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field AND1-3 years’ experience in a B2C marketing role
• Fluent in written and oral English and exceptional writing skills
• Highly computer literate with good working knowledge of web content management systems, specifically WordPress
• Knowledge of social media for business purposes
• Full clean driving license

Desirable:

• Previous work experience in a healthcare or multi-site setting
• Experience with Mailchimp for email newsletters to our patient database(s)
• Experience creating assets on Canva/Adobe Illustrator is desirable

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
