Your responsibilities will include:

• Creative Content Planning: Brainstorming innovative video concepts that align with our brand's voice and objectives.
• Filming and Editing: Using your expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and other industry-leading software, you'll transform raw footage into polished, shareable videos.
• Post-Production Magic: Add the finishing touches with subtitles, supers, audio adjustments, and colour correction to create visually stunning content.
• Technical Prowess: Demonstrate your technical acumen by operating, configuring, and maintaining video, audio, lighting, and other production equipment.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Stay on top of emerging media trends and leverage trending editing tools to stay ahead of the industry.
• Client & Team Management: Able to collaborate effectively with clients and work well with multimedia designers by ensuring clear directions are provided.
• Growing the business unit: Able to grow the video business unit by proactively working with management on new content and brand video ideas.
• Social Media Content: Content planning, management, and some writing finesse are preferred.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of professional video production experience.
• A solid grasp of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant video editing software such as CapCut, DaVinci, and AI tools.
• A deep understanding of the production process for online publishing and various applications.
• Able to care for the filming equipment and lights, ensuring they are in tip-top condition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
