Job Description - Content QC Process

Objective

Steps:

1. The MP Catalog will be responsible for sharing the style id dump with the OS partner

2. Allocation of the styles to be planned by the partner to meet the SLA

3. Specific tools and access will be provided to the QCs for performing audits.

4. Quality check on all attributes, free text fields, size chart, compliance requirements, and imagery, and make corrections as per Myntra guidelines.

5. All the QC Passed styles should be in the status ‘Active’ (P)/Free Gifts (FRG), updated with the comment- QC Completed.

6. All QC rejects should have the rejection reasons captured as per the format shared, to give a clear visibility on the error to sellers.

7. The daily QC status is to be shared with the Ops team along with the style dump

8. Flag styles for subjective errors ( not PMR).

TAT:

Stage 1 - All styles should get QC’s by <15 working hours from the time of data being shared.

Stage 2 All styles should be audited within 4 hours of post-go-live.

Quality:

The overall quality score will be an aggregate of content, sizing, imagery checks, rejection validations, and escalations. The weightage for each parameter is pre-determined, with each parameter having individual thresholds:
