  • Experience in content editing, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and improving content quality processes.
  • Written and spoken English language proficiency (C1 CEFR)
  • Written and spoken proficiency (C1 CEFR) in two or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Canadian French, German, Polish, Czech, and/or Slovak.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Foreign language major, Journalism, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven knowledge working within Content Management Systems with high attention to detail.
  • Editorial background and skill in proofreading and creating, implementing, and ensuring adherence to style guides.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of creativity and quality in all deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using content management systems and productivity tools.

We're looking for a results driven Content Quality Specialist and Editor. The successful candidate will ensure the content employees read and hear – whether through the website, Inside Amazon, marketing materials or through their interactions with MyHR Live Support (MHLS) team members – is clear and accurate, consistent in tone and reading level, on brand, legally compliant, and accurately translated. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our content across various platforms and mediums, ensuring a defect-free product ahead of launches and retroactively. As a Content Quality Specialist and Editor, you’ll work within a collaborative, analytical, fast-paced environment and partner with Career Choice team members, developers, senior tech partners, and legal team members. You’ll be responsible for running the content defect intake - researching and working with defect reporters to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. You’ll also be responsible for translations and the day-to-day editing publishing of content in the MyHR Live Support (MHLS) Knowledge Base, Career Choice AtoZ, Inside Amazon, and other channels. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent language skills, and a deep understanding of content strategy and quality assurance processes, we want to hear from you!

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead content quality initiatives and develop best practices for content creation and editing.
  • Perform high-level editing and proof-reading of complex content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Own the content defect reporting pipeline, researching and resolving issues and running continuous audits of the content portfolio.
  • Partner with various functional groups within Career Choice, creating and editing content as necessary.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the development of content style guides and editorial policies.
  • Participate in content translation and localization efforts for international markets.
  • Work experience in a global content team environment.
  • Experience in a multi-language publishing environment, including globalization for translation, terminology databases and management, and other world-ready approaches.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools.
  • Certification in editing, content strategy, or a related field
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated success at learning and explaining business processes.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and tackle high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
