We are seeking a thoughtful and driven Content Writer to strengthen our content and brand communication. This role sits at the intersection of behavioural insight, storytelling, and structured thinking, where you will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful content. You will play a key role in shaping how Kapable communicates its ideas, engages its audience, and builds credibility in the professional development space.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling – Craft engaging, clear, and insight-driven blog content around soft skills to communicate Kapable’s ideas and brand story effectively.

Research & Insight Development – Conduct in-depth research across diverse topics using online sources, training materials, and case studies to build well-informed content.

Structured Writing & Editing – Write and refine original blog content with strong clarity, depth, and logical flow, ensuring alignment with Kapable’s voice and philosophy.

Content Management & SEO Optimization – Develop well-structured drafts using content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with ongoing campaigns.

Audience Understanding & Content Strategy – Identify user needs, communication gaps, and behavioural patterns to create relevant and high-impact content.

Quality Assurance & Proofreading – Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and accuracy before publication.

Requirements
We are not focused on formal qualifications; what we value is clarity of thought, curiosity, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively. You should have:

• Basic understanding of SEO and content structuring (preferred)
• Familiarity with blogging platforms or CMS tools (preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to think clearly, structure ideas, and write with precision
• Interest in behavioural psychology, communication, and professional development
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to refine content based on feedback

Logistics

• Location: Saket, New Delhi
• Working Days: 6 (Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is a weekly off)
• Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Type: Full-time | Onsite

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
