Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who can craft engaging, on-brand content across all digital platforms. From product descriptions to social media captions, you’ll be shaping the voice of What The Flex.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, creative, and brand-aligned content for:
• Social media posts, reels, and ads
• Website banners, landing pages, and product descriptions
• Email campaigns & SMS campaigns
• Press releases, brand stories & campaign concepts
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with brand identity.
• Conduct research on streetwear trends, Gen Z language, and fashion culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone across all platforms.
• Optimize content for SEO where necessary.
• Brainstorm content ideas for new drops, collaborations, and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing (fashion/retail industry preferred).
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of Gen Z content style, memes, trends, and internet culture.
• Ability to write both short-form (captions, taglines) and long-form (blogs, website content).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Good to Have

• Passion for streetwear, fashion, and youth culture.
• Experience writing for lifestyle brands.
• Familiarity with Instagram trends, reels, and content formats.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
