What You’ll Do:

As a Contents Technician with DKI-Pro Pacific, you’ll play a critical role in the restoration process. You’ll help bring clients' cherished possessions back to life after disaster strikes. Every day brings new challenges, and your expertise will help restore peace of mind for families and businesses alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack-Out & Pack-In: Safely and efficiently pack-out and pack-in contents from damaged properties.
• Clean & Restore: processing personal, household and business belongings using specialized methods (dry cleaning, deodorizing, etc.), ensuring that each item is treated with care.
• Quality Control: Carefully document and photograph items to ensure an accurate inventory of all contents, tracking their condition throughout the restoration journey.
• Customer Focus: Keep clients informed, helping them understand the process and providing them with timely updates to keep their peace of mind intact.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our restoration team to ensure efficient, high-quality results for every project.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, the team, the clients and their property.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience (Preferred, Not Required): Prior experience in the restoration or cleaning industry is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
• Customer Focused Mindset: You are professional, reliable, and always looking to exceed expectations.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in doing things right the first time.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always willing to help out.
• Flexible Schedule: Willing to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Physical Stamina: You're ready for hands-on work, including lifting, moving, and cleaning contents (up to 50 lbs).
• Driver’s License: Class 5 or 7 drivers licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
