- You verify and provide feedback on global and regional continuous improvement plans based on root cause analysis and lessons learned in close collaboration with regional and global leadership;
- You investigate Quality events to identify root causes and develop corrective actions;
- You identify and coordinate transition owners for selected aspects of the handbook.
- You manage the Organizational Handbook and related communication materials, ensuring they are updated and evolve in line with future organizational developments.
- You forge robust connections with key stakeholders at regional and global levels, ensuring alignment and support for your improvement initiatives.
- You architect and deploy effective change management strategies to accelerate change adoption and ensure widespread acceptance of transition efforts across the organization.
- You coordinate and sustain the implementation of handbook guidelines in all regions and business processes in close collaboration with OE, global and regional directors, and change owners.
- You partner with regional and global leadership to define success metrics, monitor transformation progress, and communicate key insights.
- You design and deliver training programs to elevate regional capabilities, aligning with our transformation goals.
- Being part of the OE team and working with our Executive Leadership Team;
- Making a tangible impact on our continuous improvement efforts, significantly contributing to our roadmap towards full potential;
- Expanding knowledge and experience in leading change and continuous improvement, focusing on both business drivers and employee engagement and connection to our vision;
- Enhancing leadership skills by thinking strategically and making decisions that align with long-term business goals;
- Gaining direct experience in driving cross-functional collaboration;
- Building resilience by navigating complex scenarios and increasing agility and adaptability;
- Significant networking opportunities across our organization, both regionally and globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field;
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, with a solid understanding of relevant management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Self-driven and motivated;
- You are a detail-oriented person who thrives by organizing work, auditing, and keeping a pulse on actions;
- You are a change agent who is comfortable pushing the boundaries and managing change;
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with complexity and analytics;
- You are good communicator with a holistic perspective, who can build trusting relationships but does not shy away from a healthy debate;
- An influencer who can connect across all levels of the organization and guide decision-making.
