Kwik Stop is looking for a full-time Contract and Vendor Relations Specialist to join our corporate team in Dubuque, IA. This is a key role that works closely with vendors and our internal teams.

The Contract and Vendor Relations Specialist will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing vendor relationships while managing contracts and ensuring merchandise is strategically selected, presented, and managed across platforms. This individual will be responsible for assisting with negotiation of contracts, evaluating vendor performance, and aligning merchandising strategies with market trends and business objectives.

Working hours for this full-time, onsite position are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with an early start to your weekend with Friday hours from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

As a Contract and Vendor Relations Specialist, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our retail operations-analyzing sales data and partnering with vendors to manage pricing, promotions, and feedback. Your time will be spent aligning our pricing strategies with margins, staying on top of industry trends, managing rebates, and rolling out new planograms in stores. Communicating with vendors will be a regular part of your work as you coordinate promotions, track rebates, and gather feedback on products.

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• 2+ years of experience in vendor relations and contract management
• 2+ years of experience in retail software and data entry
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex data
• Merchandising experience a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and financial analysis abilities

Experience in retail or convenience store environments is strongly preferred.
