Contract & Export Compliance Manager (Parental Leave Cover), Falcom

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to cover a maternity leave within our Contract & Compliance function. This is a great opportunity to step into a meaningful role with real ownership, working closely with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Program Management in a dynamic international defense environment.

The team you will be part of

FalCom A/S is a Danish defense and communications technology company delivering advanced solutions. Based in Ballerup, Denmark we operate at the intersection of innovation and international trade, where precision and reliability are not optional.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will

• Managing and updating standard contract templates (e.g. NDAs, vendor agreements)
• Collaborating on contracts drafting and reviewing with the legal department
• Supporting our Program Management and Sales with documentation for customers and external partners
• Assisting with internal processes, structured documentation and maintaining records
• Supporting and assisting with documentation for tender processes
• Managing our export compliance framework, documentation, regulatory monitoring, and internal training
• Support Operations, Sales, and Program Management with legal guidance and process documentation
• Coordinate contracts, document management, meetings, and prepare legal and compliance presentations or briefings with cross-department stakeholders

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you

• Have a background within law, compliance, or international business. Experience in a legal or compliance role considered an advantage
• Are familiar with export control regimes is a strong advantage
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Have solid organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

• Have experience from an international company or law firm environment
• Will collaborate closely with our legal, sales, operations and program management department and cross-functional stakeholders in an international defense environment
