Objective:

• To create a quality product that will meet or exceed our customers expectations

Minimum Job Requirements

• Must be able to rack parts firmly and properly to ensure proper contact.
• Visually check and remove misplaced, rusty or bad parts and place in reject bucket
• Must be able to manually un-rack parts, remove any visibly defective parts and place them in reject pail
• Capable of operating jib boom hoist if required
• Able to pack parts into container and stack containers onto skids.
• Report any process quality or equipment problems to set-up person
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safe operating procedures and best work practices.
• Contribute to maintaining TS16949 and ISO140001 certification.
• Work rotating shifts and some overtime as required.

Pay wage does not include the 5% afternoon shift and 7% midnight shift premium.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Grade 12 education
