Job Description:
Job Objective:
As a Graduate/Fellow, you will join our HR Team and have the chance to work within various functional areas within the growing EMEA APAC region.

HR Operations and Recruitment will be the primary focus areas. However, you will also gain exposure to and experience in:
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
  • Talent Management
  • HR Business Partnering
  • Total Rewards
Tasks/Responsibilities
  • Answering day-to-day HR Queries
  • Supporting the full “Employee Life Cycle”
  • Supporting the recruitment process
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Organisation of HR electronic resources for EMEA APAC
  • Development of knowledge articles
  • HR regional data for local leadership meetings
  • Supporting the coordination and scheduling of key HR events
  • Supporting the Regional Onboarding Program for new hires
  • HR System Enhancements & Process Improvements
  • Regional Total Rewards projects
  • Multiple opportunities within Sustainability, Outreach, Diversity & Social Projects
  • Other tasks as requested by management
Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business with HR Modules(s) or Human Resource Mangement
  • Attention to detail and a comfort in handling a wide range of data (including sensitive and personal information)
  • The ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality in all aspects of work
  • Observe the “One PTC” approach by being an approachable and helpful ambassador for the HR organisation
  • A resourceful individual who is flexible in their approach to work.
  • Working with the HR Business Partners to provide support on HR Operations
  • The ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Providing accurate data to the Payroll Team
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of excel, including data manipulation.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • This is a one (1) year Talent Pipeline Program and the candidate/applicant must be able to complete the entire one-year program
  • Fellow must be a recent college graduate.
