Anglicare is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Services Manager to join our Residential Care team on a full-time basis. Based at Norwest Business Park, this role will transition to Macquarie Park in 2025, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
Contract Services Manager will lead and optimise contract administration for Residential Care at Anglicare. They will ensure compliance, streamline processes, manage agreements, and support innovation while driving excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee administrative support for Residential Care (RC).
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to complete resident agreements, ensure payments align with terms, update client records, and maintain compliance with policies and laws.
  • Work with the finance team to monitor leases, manage home contracts, and evaluate new agreements.
  • Streamline operations by creating effective administration processes.
  • Issue contracts promptly, ensuring they meet all legal, financial, and commercial requirements.
  • Regularly update contract templates to reflect market, financial, and regulatory needs.
  • Support the development and implementation of new contract terms for future needs.
  • Manage and develop staff, ensuring safety, performance, and professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate database records for residents and accommodations.
  • Create and deliver relevant management reports by collecting, analysing, and formatting key information.
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in aged care contracts or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Skills in research and information management
  • The ability to evaluate problems, interpret data and report on findings.
  • Strong organisation skills including time management, attention to detail and prioritising work.
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team.
  • Forming strategies or concepts to continuously improve current processes.
  • Computer literacy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Applications like Word and PowerPoint.
