GardenRooms.ie, the market leaders in luxury Garden Rooms, are looking for an experienced and skilled craftsman and carpenter mate to build our Garden Rooms on a sub-contracting basis. Potential to earn €1500 - €2000 pw + . Price per projects all agreed in advance. Labour on projects range from €6000 - €12000 over 2/3 week period

If you are tired of pricing work every evening but pride yourself on your craftmanship and offer a high standard of finish, we could have what you are looking for. We are a friendly team and pride ourselves on our honesty and good communication skills with our clients and our sub contarctors. We keep everything transparent.

We are currently looking for a crew of one qualified carpenter and carpenter mate to build our Garden Rooms around the greater Dublin area.

The ideal crew must have a minimum of 10 years' domestic construction experience, their own MWB van, PL insurance and have exceptional customer service and project management skills. Strong reference and project photos required along with an opportunity for Garden Rooms to view your work.

This is on a project by project basis with the opportunity of consistent work into 2025.

Candidates who have completed contemporary style house extensions will have a distinct advantage. We are stick contruction company, The choosen contractor will need to be able to build the rooms from scratch on site. Including pad foundations, stud walls, roofing , window and door insulation
