The Role
  • Working with Sales team to receive the correct information and fully understand the design and budgets for the project.
  • Read and understand the specifications and manage site compliance with respect to materials allowed, red listed items, fire stopping and other compliance matters.
  • Build information contract folder. Keep up to date with all revised drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure material costs are in line with budgets.
  • Order equipment as per in house pricing pack. Check special pricing with manufactures or other suppliers and be aware of any special lead times.
  • Manage long lead items for ordering.
  • Create project time frame schedule.
  • Control Labour management
  • Purchasing of equipment using just in time and processes and to be commercially aware of the project.
  • Attending meetings and representing the company at many levels with clients and design teams.
  • Monthly valuations with accounts department.
  • Price any variations and must be approved with P.O from the client before proceeding.
  • Approval of all invoices associated with projects you are involved in.
  • Attend weekly commissioning meetings.
  • Approve and sign of expenses.
  • Update in house data base management.
  • RAMS management and delivery.
  • Liaise with site team and technical support and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate information is available.
  • Manage Health & Safety on site and liaise with Client safety advisers if required.
  • Attend all project meeting as requested by our client.
  • Projects that may be required from time to time such as offsite construction methods for efficiencies, first of kind benchmark (FOK)
  • Read and understand the specifications and manage site compliance with respect to materials allowed, red listed items, fire stopping and other compliance matters.
  • Manage sub-contractors and their performance as required.
  • Attend meetings with our client.
  • Meeting with accounts department to complete monthly sales invoices and progress claims and any variations.
  • Follow and implement ISO processes.Available to travel & work in Europe.

Skills & Experience
  • High level of IT skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in Written/Spoken English.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
  • Ability to work with a multi-functional team essential.
  • Ability to read technical/construction drawings.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines essential.
  • Experience in Managing HVAC installations.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects.
  • Ability to motivate project teams and get the best from them.
  • Manage clients’ expectations.
