Smart Monitoring Ltd are currently seeking applications for Control Room Operator positions in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.

The position on offer is for Permanent Night time role & Permanent Day time role.

The Night time role is working 3 nights on 3 nights off. This is a 12 hour working shift and is on a continuous basis (working weekends as rostered). Expected shift start time is between 18.30 and 19.30. Hours will be assigned once training has been completed. Hours per week (36-48). (Further information at interview)

The Day Time position is working 3 days on 3 days off. This is a 12 hour working shift and is on a continuous basis (working weekends as rostered). Expected shift start time is between 06.30 and 07.30. Hours will be assigned once training has been completed. Hours per week (36-48). (Further information at interview).

We require individuals who are team players, have excellent customer service skills & attention to detail to assist us. Our Control Room staff are our front line communication with our clients so we require excellent communications skills (telephone and within team environment) for this role.

Smart Monitoring Ltd was established in 2009 in Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole and is wholly Irish owned. We have steadily increased our business since 2009 and are seeking individuals who will help us grow our business even further.

Pay: From €14.16 per hour
