About Us
We are a rapidly growing company with trampoline park locations across the nation, passionate about bringing heroes to life. Whether it’s the heroes kids look up to on screens or the guests who walk through our doors, we strive to make every visitor feel like the hero of their own story. As we continue to scale, we are bringing our accounting and finance functions in-house to enable smarter decision-making, stronger controls, and sustainable growth.
We are looking for a Controller who is eager to build from the ground up: designing new processes, implementing systems, and leading the migration from QuickBooks to a modern ERP. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build-Out
· Lead the migration from QuickBooks to a modern ERP system (NetSuite, Rillet, or equivalent).
· Design and implement accounting processes, controls, and policies to support a multi-location, multi-entity business.
· Establish month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Financial Management
· Oversee all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, cash management, inventory, and fixed assets.
· Consolidate financials across multiple parks and entities.
· Manage revenue recognition policies for memberships, ticket sales, parties, and gift cards.
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls.
Reporting & Analysis
· Deliver monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
· Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
· Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — willing to roll up sleeves and build processes from scratch.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required).
· 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
· Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
What We Offer
· Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
· Opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up and shape the future of a fast-growing company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
