- Ensure production of timely and accurate consolidated monthly/quarterly financial reports for Private Credit funds (including revaluation of financial instruments and validation of periodic accounts of the Luxembourg and non-Luxembourg subsidiaries in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures), either taking full ownership on complex structures/mandates. This includes undertaking necessary control checks and review of TPA reporting to ensure NAVs are calculated in an accurate & timely manner.
- Review and sign off of swing pricing mechanisms and calculations
- Understanding of valuations of liquid assets (money market funds, quoted bonds, broadly syndicated loans etc.) and illiquid direct loans
- Review reporting packages and consolidations under relevant GAAPs and IFRS prepared by the TPA.
- Plan and manage the fund audit processes
- Assist in implementing product development and business change projects between TPA and Invesco through to satisfactory completion
- Participate in ad hoc projects, including development/update of internal policies/procedures.
- Effectively manage and develop Assistant Controllers and Senior Accountants.
What you will bring:
- You’ll need experience in a similar position, including experience of providing NAV Oversight of Private Credit and/or Bank Loan Funds.
- Proven experience preferably in the private credit sector
- Proven knowledge of IFRS ,Lux GAAP and US GAAP
- Background in review of NAV including but not limited to asset pricing, corporate actions and hedging.
- University degree Accounting or equivalent, and/or Professional accounting qualification or equivalent
- Exceptional computer skills in the operation and functioning of all programs used by the organization, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, French or German would be an asset although not compulsory
- Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work
- Accountable for specific performance, deadline oriented
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to analyze, organize, summarize and articulate complex legal and financial information
- Possess strong analytical and presentation skills
- Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritize among numerous pressing tasks
- Task and goal oriented and capable of functioning in an entrepreneurial and corporate setting
- Experience supervising a team (desirable)
