  • Support troubleshooting efforts related to control hardware and software, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and industrial networks, under the guidance of Controls Engineers.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify bottlenecks, root causes of downtime, and opportunities to improve uptime and performance.

  • Partner with Controls Engineers and Maintenance Leadership on small projects such as system modifications, preventive maintenance improvements, documentation updates, or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, equipment documentation, schematics, and technical manuals to improve knowledge sharing and standardization.

  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and maintenance teams to ensure automation systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business needs.

  • Promote teamwork within the distribution center by working cross-functionally and contributing to shared operational and reliability goals.

  • Participate in a control-focused project that supports distribution center objectives related to uptime, reliability, efficiency, or system performance.
