Are you looking for a fast-paced role in a vibrant Dublin City environment? Super Asia Foods is expanding our team! We are a bustling neighborhood convenience store, uniquely known for our fresh, high-quality deli, Asian groceries, and friendly service.

We are seeking a reliable Convenience Store & Deli Assistant to help us maintain our high standards of food preparation, customer service, and store presentation. If you enjoy a mix of customer interaction, hands-on food service, and active floor work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic hybrid role split between the deli counter, customer service, and stock management. Your daily tasks will include:

• Deli & Food Prep: Preparing fresh deli orders, serving hot and cold food, and maintaining a well-stocked, appetizing deli counter and hot food display.
• Customer Service & Till: Providing a warm welcome to customers, answering queries, and efficiently handling cash/card transactions at the checkout.
• Stock & Floor Management: Unloading deliveries, organizing the stockroom, and keeping our convenience store shelves and beverage fridges fully stocked. (Note: This involves regular heavy lifting and physical activity).
• Store & Hygiene Upkeep: Performing daily cleaning routines and adhering to food safety standards to ensure a spotless, HACCP-compliant, and inviting shopping environment.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

• Weekday Start: Must be fully available to start shifts from 10:00 AM on weekdays.
• Flexibility: While the 10:00 AM start is essential, candidates with full open availability across the week will be highly prioritized.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: No previous experience? No problem! We provide full training. However, prior deli, food service, or general retail experience is a definite plus.
• Physical Fitness: Comfortable with heavy lifting, unloading stock, and staying active on your feet throughout a shift.
• Key Traits: A multitasking pro with a strong work ethic, great time-keeping, and a friendly attitude.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Chinese is not required, but is considered a significant advantage for communicating with our diverse customer base and suppliers.

Pay: From €14.15 per hour
