• Be trade qualified or with equivalent experience-
• Ability to work within friendly team and to inspire through pastries, industry, and consumer knowledge.
• Creative approach to pastries
• Ensure quality and consistency of pastry products produced
• Has a strong knowledge of food, health and safety practices
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills
• Have outstanding communication skills
• Confidently medical compliance

Pay: $79,800.00 – $82,000.00 per year
