What will I be doing?

The Line Cook Level 3 with Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse will report directly to the Line Cook Level 1, Chef de Partie and the Executive Chef. This Team Member must demonstrate correct handling of all food products, while knowledgeable in the preparation of basic sauces, vegetables, salads and other menu items. The Line Cook level 3 will be required to follow recipes, deadlines all while assisting the Line Cook Level 1 with preparing planned menu items. This Team Member will adhere to professional standards of temperature and food safety control while also maintaining their workspace, including counter tops, utensils, and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with company policy and Health and Safety standards.

Experience
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Line Cook position for a fast paced/high volume restaurant

Skills
Food Handler's Certification (or equivalent) is required

Demonstrated knowledge in all facets to a back of house kitchen, including required health and safety standards

Ability to work well under pressure

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
Must be available to work a variety of shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Must be able to complete a Criminal Background Check to the hotel’s satisfaction.
