We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare delicious meals according to recipes, maintain kitchen efficiency, and ensure food safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. - Ensure timely and high-quality food production during service.
Assist in creating new recipes and dishes as needed. - Adapt recipes to meet dietary needs or special requests.
Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and work surfaces.
Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices. - Safely handle kitchen equipment and tools.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, notifying management of shortages. - Assist in receiving and storing supplies and ingredients.
Work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service. - Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role. - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Food Handler's Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €31,000.00 per year
