Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Prep cook /FOH. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food service, food preparation, and kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques
• Ability to serve customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in food presentation and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
