We are looking for a Coordinator Logistics to strengthen the regional team in Monaco for a temporary contract.
Reporting to the Supervisor Accounting, you will provide support in a variety of accounting and administrative activities, including:
- Processing and recording manifests received from intercompany entities;
- Processing and recording purchase orders (POs) received from third-party suppliers;
- Creating and maintaining location codes within the system;
- Entering daily exchange rates into the accounting system;
- Setting up and maintaining new products, supplier pricing, and customer pricing in the accounting system.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
Skills:
- Degree in Accounting or a related field;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office (Excel);
- Strong organizational skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of international import/export regulations and standards (Incoterms).
