About our team:

As part of Technical Services, the global entry point team works together to provide excellent support to our customers worldwide 365 days a year, 24/7. We review all incoming requests and gather additional information where required. To register requests consistently, ensuring our customers are connected to the correct NOV point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and CRM, providing solutions or directing them to the right team.
  • Use tools and systems to process and route customer requests efficiently.
  • Escalate urgent requests to the correct teams efficiently and accurately.
  • Help and support your teammates to keep improving our services.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Desired:

  • Experience in manufacturing or oil and gas industries.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and order management tools.
  • Knowledge of technical documents or experience in a call center.
