Description:
Role Purpose and Objectives:
This role is responsible for coordinating the management and administration of Council’s property and land portfolio and will ensure Council owned or leased-in property and land is efficiently managed and utilised in accordance with relevant legislation, policy, and strategic plans.

Skills and Experiences:
To Apply for this role, please include a cover letter addressing the following Key Selection Criteria:
Essential qualifications and experience
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in property and facility management, property leasing and licensing or a related field, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Excellent persuasive communication skills with the ability to participate in specialised discussions to resolve issues, including explaining policy to the public and/or others and reconciling different points of view.
Proven ability to solve problems which require assessment of a range of options having elements of complexity in reaching decisions and making recommendations.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and land tenure principles.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
High level interpersonal skills, especially written and verbal communication.
Experience working with and managing confidential and sensitive information.
Desirable qualifications and experience
Aptitude for IT systems and process design.
Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office suit.
