- Identify new sales channels and develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers across multiple platforms, including phone and digital media.
- Deliver financial performance in line with company objectives, business plans, and strategic goals.
- Ensure customer service consistently exceeds expectations, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, internal teams across MK Ireland Ltd. and MK Global, and all key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Third-level qualification in Business, Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint). Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong design capability, with a consultative approach to creating, costing, and delivering design concepts that exceed customer expectations.
- Proven experience preparing successful business tenders.
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing and developing a portfolio of commercial customers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Highly organised, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
