My client, a pre-eminent global law firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Associate to join the London office of their leading practice.

The salary is up to £95,000 per year, plus benefits. The firm's clients include ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, financial services, educational institutions, and not-for-profit organizations, covering every aspect of the law, wherever the need arises.

As a Corporate Associate, you will assist senior associates and partners on transactions and take responsibility for various elements of deals, including investments, M&A, and joint venture work. Your work will span the Corporate Team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advisory, partnerships, and restructuring. A genuine interest in the firm’s priority sectors and a willingness to engage in business development activities will be advantageous.
