Day to Day

Act as a key point of contact for our group treasury, tax and finance teams and provide corporate legal advice on a range of matters including intergroup lending arrangements, distributions, external banking arrangements and investments, restructurings and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate legal advice to a range of business partners including group treasury, tax and finance teams on applicable company, business and technology laws as well as international growth projects
• Draft and manage Indeed’s intercompany agreements to cover a broad range of matters, including inter-group lending arrangements, service/IP arrangements and inter-group collaborations
• Advise on corporate governance matters and best practices for the Indeed group of companies
• Help to ensure Indeed complies with all applicable laws in a wide range of jurisdictions
• Remain up-to-date on legal/regulatory updates affecting the Indeed group
• Continue to develop and drive improvements to operational processes
• Develop solid, trusted advisor relationships with key business partners, including group treasury, legal, tax, and the broader finance teams.

Skills/Competencies

• Qualified as a lawyer in Ireland with at least 4+ years post-qualification experience in corporate, business and technology law
• Experience providing legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, treasury transactions and intergroup arrangements
• Experience drafting and negotiating intercompany and third party agreements
• Experience working on projects involving multiple business partners across jurisdictions
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, well-organized and capable of and comfortable with navigating ambiguity
• Provide definitive, accessible and clearly communicated advice

Education Requirement: Qualified as a lawyer in Ireland with at least 4+ years post-qualification experience in corporate, business and technology law

Salary Range Transparency

Dublin 105,000 - 158,000 EUR per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
