The opportunity.

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised professional to join our newly created Operations function. This varied role supports and manages the Banks’s facilities and select shared applications to ensure that corporate operations run as intended with minimum disruption to employees and to members. Reporting to new Executive, it’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working across multiple areas and is keen to broaden their skill set in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Management of the banks office locations (i.e. lease/licence renewals, branch refurbishments, closures, moves, repairs, security and other tasks as they arise).

Management of the bank’s Support Office including liaison with Building Management, including oversight of all functionalities of repairs, security, access and mail.

Management of all physical security for all branch locations.

Management of the bank’s corporate vehicle fleet, including ensuring that all vehicles are registered, insured and being managed in accordance with our lease arrangements.

Management of the bank’s corporate services (i.e. stationery, lockers, alarm, cleaning, coffee and other tasks as they arise).

Oversight and management of the desk/room booking platform, including management of all users and identifying ways to optimise the employee experience and improve our ways of working.

Oversee and manage the bank’s physical document retention service (record management) with a third party.

Skills and Experiences:
About You.

You're experienced supporting senior executives in broad, fast-paced roles. Intelligent, organised, and proactive, you combine sound judgement with a personable and calm approach. You enjoy variety, think two steps ahead, and bring a sense of ease to those you support.

You will have:
4+ years’ experience in property/facilities management at a management level

Superior organisational and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Flexibility and responsiveness including the ability to balance urgency with professionalism, all while building strong internal and external relationships

Strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to take initiative

A confident, comfortable, and assertive approach

Previous experience managing a project budget
