Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves contributing to growth?
At Payter – an innovative, international scale-up – we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will take full ownership of the recruitment process and directly contribute to the company’s future.


What will you do?

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract the right talent. You will:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions and culture.

  • Manage the full process: from sourcing to making offers and onboarding.

  • Write compelling job descriptions in collaboration with the teams.

  • Actively reach out to candidates via various channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and external agencies.

  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for role and team fit.

  • Standardize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Use recruitment technology effectively to create a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.

  • Maintain oversight of workforce planning and prioritize roles where needed.

  • Build a talent pool for future openings.

  • Analyze recruitment data and share insights with the team.

  • Maintain relationships with external agencies for additional support when necessary.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

What do you bring?

  • At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a broad portfolio ranging from tech roles to operational positions.

  • The ability to adapt your approach to different target groups and job levels.

  • You are independent, well-organized, and can easily switch between tasks.

  • Experience using an ATS, assessment tools, and social media for recruitment.

  • Knowledge of international hiring and European labor legislation.

  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • You’re comfortable working with data and can translate recruitment metrics into actionable insights.
