At Payter – an innovative, international scale-up – we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will take full ownership of the recruitment process and directly contribute to the company’s future.
What will you do?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment process. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract the right talent. You will:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions and culture.
Manage the full process: from sourcing to making offers and onboarding.
Write compelling job descriptions in collaboration with the teams.
Actively reach out to candidates via various channels such as job boards, social media, networks, and external agencies.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for role and team fit.
Standardize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Use recruitment technology effectively to create a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.
Maintain oversight of workforce planning and prioritize roles where needed.
Build a talent pool for future openings.
Analyze recruitment data and share insights with the team.
Maintain relationships with external agencies for additional support when necessary.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

What do you bring?
At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a broad portfolio ranging from tech roles to operational positions.
The ability to adapt your approach to different target groups and job levels.
You are independent, well-organized, and can easily switch between tasks.
Experience using an ATS, assessment tools, and social media for recruitment.
Knowledge of international hiring and European labor legislation.
You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
You’re comfortable working with data and can translate recruitment metrics into actionable insights.
