upEducators – A Google for Education Partner Company - is looking for Sales-Oriented Corporate Sales Executive.

Job description

  • Talk to Principals/Directors/Teachers of the schools who have shown interest in learning about our courses.
  • Counselling the HOT leads of Teachers, Professors, Institute Owners, Trainers etc for upskilling courses.
  • Generating leads of the potential corporate clients ( Principals/Directors ) via LinkedIn and other Social Media Platforms
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings & Webinars.
  • Pitching our training courses for their teachers & generate the revenues
  • Preparing Presentations and sales displays and informing them about new developments on our existing training courses and upcoming new products.
  • Developing proposals and implementing strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and follow up for clients.
  • Organise a webinar by inviting Principals/Directors/Teachers and take the feedback & follow ups.
  • Update and manage all sales activities and account information in CRM.
  • Team Handling experience will be added advantage

Required Candidate profile

  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate, confident, aggressive, Sales Oriented and possess excellent communication, selling and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in B2C and B2B sales, preferably with exposure to retail and corporate sales.
  • Institutional sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Minimum 4-6 Years sales experience is required.
  • Females preferred
  • Team Leading experience preferred
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Languages known: English (Fluent), Hindi (Fluent)

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: 1.8 lac to 3.6 lac+ good incentives
  • Fixed Salary + Incentives + Mobile and Laptop Allowance
  • Seeking Candidates for Full time ( 8.5 hours)
  • Flexible working Hours
  • Permanent Work from Home option
