Description
The Role
The Client Director will drive new business sales opportunities across a variety of industries and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business.
- Identify, qualify, and attract new clients by understanding their risks and aligning with WTW subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions to larger clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline [display pipeline discipline], oversee bid strategies, and coordinate RFP responses to drive business growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening WTW’s reputation in the market through networking, client meetings and industry engagement.
- Partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams, leading new business opportunities through to a win.
- Ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating needs and expectations for successful execution.
- Adopt WTW sales best-practice processes and methodologies to ensure a consistent, ‘One WTW’ client experience.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of success in winning large, strategically important clients within the commercial risk/insurance or professional services industry.
- Experience working within a sales environment with proven results, and willingness to align to existing methodologies and best-practice sales approaches.
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of CRM tools, especially Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to effectively utilize them to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness.
- Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation.
