Corporate Services Specialist
Location: Melbourne
Employment type: Permanent Full Time
Salary: $110,526 plus 12% superannuation and salary packaging
About the role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Corporate Services Specialist to oversee key operational areas such as our national vehicle fleet, corporate travel, office facilities, and procurement services. Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, this role ensures our national operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day operations of national office facilities and a residential building
Oversee the national fleet and corporate travel, including reporting and compliance
Lead tendering, contract management, and procurement activity
Develop and maintain asset registers and lifecycle planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety, building and legislative standards
Coordinate vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement
Support project delivery and continuous improvement across systems and operations
About the team
The Finance & Risk group provides essential financial stewardship and risk management to support Housing Choices Australia’s long-term sustainability and growth. It manages budgeting, financial reporting, treasury operations, and strategic financial planning, ensuring robust financial health and resource optimisation. This group strategically addresses financial risks and opportunities, safeguarding the organisation's capacity to deliver on its purpose effectively.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
You are a practical, solutions-focused professional with the confidence to lead operational services and the ability to juggle competing demands.
You will have:
Experience in procurement, contract management and asset operations
Familiarity with fleet, facilities or travel management (desirable but not essential)
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing requests
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in customer-facing and service delivery environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); financial awareness a plus
Hold a current driver’s licence and be willing to travel to sites and interstate as needed.
You must agree to undergo any required employment screening, including but not limited to a National Criminal History or Police Check, Working with Children or Vulnerable Persons Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
