Description:
  • Fixed-Term & Part-Time role
  • From 03/08/2026 until 31/07/2027
  • 19 hours per week, 8.10am to 12pm Monday to Friday
As Corporate Support Officer (Enrolments), you will provide essential administrative support to the Marketing Department, with a strong focus on assisting the Registrar in managing the end-to-end student enrolment process - from first contact through to commencement, ongoing administration, and departure.

This role is ideal for someone who is welcoming and empathetic, yet confident and professional when firmness is required. You will be a trusted point of contact for families and colleagues alike, contributing to a positive and collaborative school culture.

Manage and process student applications, enrolments, withdrawals, and records using EDUKA
Maintain accurate databases, mailing lists, visa documentation, invoicing, and accounting records
Respond professionally to day-to-day enquiries via email and telephone
Prepare and service Enrolment Committees
Support Open Days, school tours, parents’ information sessions, and new family welcome events
Liaise with Department Managers and members of the school community regarding students and families
Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required
Finalise and archive student files following graduation or departure
Provide general administrative support, including meeting organisation, scanning, and record management
Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and efficiency
Participate actively in school life, events, and community activities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with cultural sensitivity

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Resilience and confidence in working independently and solving problems
Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft 365 or Google Suite, and experience with minute-taking
