The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.). Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting: Corporate Support Officer – Fund Administration Fund Admin Services Our Fund Administration team provides high quality services to regulated and unregulated alternative investment vehicles across all asset classes. Your role: Assisting the department’s team in the day-to-day business Maintaining and keep up-to-date the clients database by inputting relevant data Coordination with various service providers, clients and third parties Managing the incoming calls for the team, assist them in the organisation of meetings Facing client in respect of scheduling of board meetings and maintaining board calendars Writing letters and e-mails in English Preparation and update of the clients’ files (including but not limited to the filing of both paper and electronic documentation) Documents and signatures collection either electronically or wet inked form Arranging mailing/post services Filing and archiving of documents Your profile: You have a first experience in administrative assistance You have a good command of English, any other language is an asset; You have a positive and enthusiastic attitude; You are well organized, rigorous and have good communication skills; You have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); We Offer: Excellent career development opportunities with tailor-made internal training focused on both technical and soft skills; An entrepreneurial work culture where we promote talent & ideas; Multicultural, diverse teams encouraging collaborative work; The opportunity to work and interact within a wide network of specialists; and A hybrid working environment offering flexibility and the possibility to work from home.
