Schedule/Hours: Full-time; schedule may include evenings and weekends based on ministry and program needs
This position is responsible for:
- Serving as an evangelist and providing spiritual leadership to the Corps community
- Assisting in planning, coordinating, and leading worship services and ministry programs
- Supporting Corps operations including outreach, social services, and volunteer coordination
- Developing and implementing programs that meet community and congregational needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and lead youth ministries, worship services, and outreach programs
- Assist Corps Officers in community engagement, mission growth, and program development
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for Corps programs and seasonal initiatives
- Conduct community visits and maintain relationships to assess needs and expand outreach
- Monitor program effectiveness and maintain reports, records, and statistics
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of hands, vision, and communication (approx. 90% of time)
- Occasional physical activity including walking, standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and bending
- Work performed in an office environment with occasional travel for community visits

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field AND
- Three (3) years’ experience performing mission work or program development in a church or corps setting OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid State Driver’s License
