We’re seeking a Costs & Efficiencies Manager to optimise our operational procedures and performance and streamline processes across the group.

About The Role
About the role
As our Costs & Efficiencies Specialist, you will:
- Analyse operational costs across food, beverage and staffing to identify savings opportunities.
- Review and monitor P&L reports, budgets and KPIs for multiple venues.
- Implement best practices for stock control, waste reduction and supplier negotiations.
- Develop and roll out efficiency initiatives that improve margins without compromising quality or service.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Support training for venue managers on cost management and efficiency tools.
