**Job Title:** Counter Person **Job Overview:** Join our team as a Counter Person where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory efficiently, and contributing to sales activities in our automotive retail setting. **Responsibilities:** - Warmly greet customers with a professional demeanor - Assist customers by providing product information and addressing inquiries - Maintain inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels - Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system - Handle customer calls with proper phone etiquette - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass market objectives - Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to support customers with vehicle maintenance needs - **Qualifications:** - Preferred experience in retail or automotive environments - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Proficient in inventory control and sales management techniques - Knowledge of stock management principles - Familiarity with POS systems; experience is advantageous - Ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics is a bonus If you are enthusiastic about the automotive industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to be part of our team.
