Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at The Baker's Box LLC. Located in a bustling area, this role is essential for delivering outstanding dining experiences to our customers. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of our café.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is a plus, but nor necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be 21 years old
• Have reliable transportation
