We’re growing and looking to add a skilled, detail-oriented Templating & Installation Technician to our crew!

Position Overview:
As a Countertop Templater & Installer, you’ll be responsible for accurately measuring, templating, transporting, and installing quartz, granite, and solid-surface countertops. You’ll represent our company in customers’ homes, ensuring every job is completed with care, precision, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home countertop templating using laser or manual methods
• Safely transport and install granite, quartz, and stone countertops
• Ensure accurate measurements and precise fit during installation
• Apply silicone seams, polish edges, and perform final detailing
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Inspect finished work for quality control and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in countertop installation, construction, or cabinetry (preferred)
• Knowledge of quartz and granite handling a plus
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
