Countertop & Tile Estimator (Multi-Family Projects)

This position will consist of mostly estimating and pre-onsite construction duties. Projects will vary in size and scope, ranging from small to very large multi-family buildings. The Estimator will be responsible for managing all of his/hers assigned projects from beginning to end.

Job Description:

Preparing bids for Multi-Family construction projects. Creating pre-onsite project detail documents for the assigned Measure Technician, Install Team, & Project Manager. Ensure the overall financial health of your projects and project forecasts.

The Successful Applicant will have the following:

• 3+ years of construction estimating experience
• Strong background in either multi-family or commercial construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, & Auto-CAD
• The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• Understanding product lines, warranties, and installation guidelines
• Represent the Company with integrity and pride
• Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times
• High attention to detail
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills

Pay is dependent-on-experience

Location: Semi-remote, however, a MN applicant is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
