What You’ll Do:

As a Counter/Warehouse Associate, you’ll be a key part of our operations and customer service team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pick-up
• Assist customers at the counter by answering product inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in both the warehouse and counter areas
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas, taking initiative, and supporting team goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn — no electrical industry experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
