You will drive the total Finnish business as part of a Nordic setup. You'll be an enabler, coaching and guiding sales leaders and employees to build capability while removing roadblocks and creating a strong culture that embraces the 35 employees of the Finnish entity. You'll partner with key stakeholders and customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz in Finnish and for our valued customers. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy.
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Lead with Vision: Plan and lead sales activities to achieve ambitious goals for volume, revenue, market share, and other key performance indicators.
- Cultivate Relationships: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships at all levels.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Identify, develop, and lead the implementation of innovative business strategies that propel growth for Mondelēz and our customers in the Finnish market.
- Champion Our Culture: Continue to build the Mondelēz International community, culture, values, and reputation across the Finnish market, fostering a sense of pride and belonging.
- Future-Proof Our Business: Act as a true business owner, anticipating future trends and positioning the organization for continued success and growth.
- Empower Our Talent: Develop and sponsor top talent within the organization, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Unify and Inspire: Be the unifying focal point for employees across the total Finnish business, fostering collaboration, communication, and a shared sense of purpose.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Proven leadership experience within sales and marketing in FMCG/CPG companies.
- Substantial understanding of category development, key account management, financial principles, and marketing.
- A track record of success in customer-facing roles.
- A future-focused mindset, with a passion for industry trends and innovation.
- The ability to develop and execute strategic plans, measure results, and adapt to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- A deep understanding of diverse customer needs, go-to-market strategies, and business practices.
- Professional skills in Finnish and English.
